Duties
- Greet patients warmly and manage front desk operations with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Schedule appointments efficiently using dental practice management software. Experience with Eaglesoft is a plus.
- Verify insurance coverage, perform insurance eligibility checks, and handle insurance claims processing
- Assist patients with intake procedures, including collecting medical histories and explaining treatment plans when necessary.
- Answer multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette, providing clear communication.
- Collection of patient payments, process finacial transactions accurately, and maintain confidentialy of all financial and healthcare information.
Requirements
- Dental experience a must.
- Strong knowledge of dental insurance procedures.
- Excellent computer skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive patient information with strict adherence to HIPAA and clinical confidentiality policies
- Outstanding customer service skills with a professional demeanor.
