The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, organizing, tracking, and supporting project execution from initiation through completion.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and manage assigned projects from planning through delivery
- Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, and status updates
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and project resources
- Track risks, issues, dependencies, deliverables, and action items
- Support organizational change, process improvement, and operational initiatives
- Facilitate meetings, document decisions, and follow up on next steps
- Communicate project progress clearly to leadership and project stakeholders
- Help ensure projects stay aligned with scope, schedule, and expected outcomes
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Public Administration, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing projects
- Experience leading organizational change, communication, or process improvement initiatives
- Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities and keep teams accountable
- Experience working in structured project environments
- Strong documentation, reporting, and meeting facilitation skills
- PMP, CAPM, Agile, Scrum, or an equivalent project management certification required
- Candidates may be asked to provide a copy of degree or diploma, and certification documentation.
- Hybrid, depending on project needs
- Occasional travel 2x month to Sacramento is required.
