Caregiver / CNA – All Shifts Available (1st, 2nd & 3rd Shifts)

Location: Newhaven Court at Clearview — Butler, PA

Position Type: Full-Time & Part-Time Openings

Pay Rates

• 1st & 2nd Shift Base Rates:

  • Caregiver / Resident Assistant: $16.70 / hour

  • Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA): $17.70 / hour (includes $1.00/hr CNA differential)

• 3rd Shift (Overnight) Rates:

  • Caregiver / Resident Assistant: $17.70 / hour (includes $1.00/hr overnight shift differential)

  • Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA): $18.70 / hour (includes $1.00/hr overnight shift $1.00/hr CNA differential)

Available Shifts & Hours

• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM or 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

• 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM or 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

• 3rd Shift (Overnights): 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Employment Schedule Options

• Full-Time: 5 days per week (40 hours/week) with rotating weekend coverage.

• Part-Time: 3 days per week (24 hours/week) with rotating weekend coverage.

Position Overview

Newhaven Court at Clearview, an Integracare community, is hiring compassionate, reliable Caregivers and CNAs to join our team! We have openings across 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts on both a full-time and part-time basis.

In this role, you will deliver personal care, daily living support, and meaningful companionship to our senior residents, helping them live comfortably and with dignity.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) based on shift routines (dressing, bathing, grooming, mobility, meal service support, or overnight safety checks).

• Answer resident call lights promptly and attentively.

• Maintain clear, accurate documentation of care provided and communicate changes in condition to line nursing staff.

• Foster a warm, safe, respectful, and engaging environment for all residents and team members.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.

• Certification: Current PA CNA license required to receive the additional $1.00/hr CNA pay differential (Non-certified Caregivers are fully welcome to apply!).

• Experience: Prior experience in senior living or caregiving preferred, but entry-level candidates with a strong work ethic and heart for service are encouraged to apply—we provide training!

• Requirements: Must pass standard pre-employment background checks and health screenings.
