What are the responsibilities and job description for the Quality Assurance Manager position at NewGen Technologies?
Responsible for the effective management and/or day-to-day supervision of QA engineering and/or inspection.
Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain quality assurance programs, procedures, and controls ensuring that performance and quality of products conform to established company standards necessary to maintain lasting client satisfaction
- Work directly with manufacturing to conduct continuing inspections and audits and to enforce requirements as specified by raw materials, ingredients, product and package specifications, and regulatory agencies
- Establish and execute inspections prior to the processing of raw materials and/or ingredients; monitor good housekeeping practices, employee hygiene, and equipment sanitation; analyze plant error, salvage, and spoilage reports for significant findings and conclusions; work with research and development during new product start-ups and establish key checkpoints for new products and processes
- Advise management of test trends, returns, vendor performance and audit results and corrective action needed

- For Lead – Education: Bachelor’s degree; Experience: 16-24 Years, PhD 11-19, MS 14-22, HS 20-28
- For SME – Education: Bachelor’s degree; Experience: 25 Years, PhD 20 , MS 23 , HS 29
