What are the responsibilities and job description for the Project Integrator position at NewGen Technologies?
We are looking to fill a full-time Project Integrator, who has experience with data analysis and support administration located in the Herndon, VA area. This position supports a dynamic and fast-paced Executive Leadership Team. The right candidate will support leadership with performing data analysis, creating/updating briefings, and provide occasional administrative support to the executive staff in an IC business front office. This candidate will facilitate tracking and completion of action items within the organization. The position requires exceptional attention to detail and the ability to adapt to changing work requirements and priorities. Hours of support are flexible but preferred start time is between 7-8am.

Responsibilities
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion of all information
- Communicate clearly and effectively, both written and orally
- Maintain effective working relationships at all customer levels as well as the ability to develop good rapport with outside liaisons
- Work in a team environment and build a partnership and strong rapport with people at all levels to include adaptability to changing work requirements
- Learn customer specific applications, tools, databases, and processes necessary to complete routine and moderately complex administrative tasks
- Effectively manage deadlines and competing priorities
- Route action items to appropriate groups/individuals and collate responses
- Serve as a responsible office for accountable property
- Create faculties requests and maintain seating and space information
- Support Sponsor meetings including but not limited to development of presentation slides, templates, agendas, associated documentation as well as taking minutes and sending them to the attendees, along with presenting the slides during the meeting
- Provide event planning support for Sponsor hosted/sponsored meetings/activities to include but not limited to program management, logistics/scheduling, etc.
- Process account administration access requests.
- Assist with monthly metrics
- Track divisions' office supply orders
- Monitor budget requests requiring management attention
- Draft travel notifications to groups where travel will occur
- TS/SCI FSP Clearance
- Be a self-starter and be curious (willing to continue to search for the information to answer requests, if the response does not fully address the request)
- Knowledge of Tableau
- Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite
- Experience preparing briefing material for executive level staff
