Responsibilities
- Provide technology and industry leadership on large and/or more complex IT engagements
- Lead enterprise wide solution engagements for high quality, integrated solutions within constraints of time and budget
- Develop an integrated and robust solution based on customer needs combining GOTS, COTS, IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, and third party components
- Provide subject matter experience to assist customer through difficult business decisions
- Design, configure, and implement all aspects of the full stack architecture delivering innovative solutions by combining Oracle best practices, knowledge in IT product offerings, and business acumen
- Recommend enhancements to meet complex customer needs
Requirements
- TS/SCI FSP Clearance
- BS in CS or related course of study, or equivalent years' experience
- 10 years' experience administering to, and engineering solutions with Oracle's database (10 - current). Extensive experience with database design and modeling, including the collection and interpretation of customer requirements relevant to database migration, troubleshooting, performance observation and tuning.
- Significant experience with the production and deployment of RAC, RMAN backup & recovery
- Experience with Oracle Exadata, DB security, Data Guard and / or DB Vault, Oracle Enterprise Manager Cloud Control, label security, and data migration
- Must be an independent worker with strong communications skills
