- Senior ServiceNow architect with end-to-end platform design ownership
- RBAC/ACL design, Service Portal, Flow Designer, Script Includes, scoped application architecture
- Inbound/outbound integration design (scripted REST APIs, mTLS, certificate/keystone handling)
- Data model design and knowledge/user criteria access control
- Federal delivery experience (FedRAMP, Section 508, CUI)
