Salary Range: $170k-220k
The Vice President of Clinical Informatics and Innovation acts as a member of the Clinical Resource Operations team. The Vice President of Clinical Informatics and Innovation is responsible to oversee and manage PCC and Health Information Management. The Vice President of Clinical Informatics and Innovation is expected to collaborate with the Chief Clinical Officer and with appropriate members of the business development, operational and clinical/nursing team involving SYSTEMS MANAGEMENT relevant to the delivery of care consistent with nursing or company standards, state, and federal requirements specific to HIM and company-wide PCC integration and or execution.
Essential Functions:
1. The Vice President of Clinical Informatics and Innovation is accountable to the Chief Clinical Officer and would be the first line of communication in terms of chain of command.
2. The Vice President of Clinical Informatics and Innovation to perform facility site visit/s as deemed necessary and needs of the facility related to PCC and HIM matters.
3. Required to complete the Field Manager Calendar through a shared drive to forecast 2-week facility/center visit/s or activities. Make the final changes to the calendar by the end of each week to validate accuracy of work schedule for 7 days.
4. The Vice President of Clinical Informatics and Innovation involving facility on site visit should conduct an entrance and exit conference with the facility Administrator or designee to discuss the purpose of the visits and support needed to meet goals of the facility site visit.
5. Collaborate with the Chief Clinical Officer and other members of the Clinical Resource Operations team or Operations team, and other experts from other disciplines as deemed necessary.
6. Organize and coordinate necessary training related to PCC and HIM at all levels of the NewGen Administrative Services, centers, Ruby Resources Management, Manila Philippines, and all new acquisitions.
7. Provide and coordinate support and resources needed by all departments and users of PCC.
8. Active participation and engagement or designee in SVR (Systems Validation Review), POC Validation and CPR (Comprehensive Process Review) in collaboration with and Chief Clinical Officer.
9. Enhancement and PCC updates as directed by the need of centers related to ongoing regulatory changes and operations needs of the centers and NewGen Administrative Services.
10. Engage and actively participate in business development, operations, and clinical resource physical and or virtual meetings as appropriate when requested.
11. Complete a Self-Performance Review within 90 days on the job and as needed as determined and or recommended by the Chief Executive Officer.
12. Close collaboration with the Chief Clinical Officer to support initiates related to innovative programs/platforms, artificial intelligence, clinical risk management and initiatives of Ruby Resources.
13. Provide oversight and supervision of the HIM Specialist and appropriate staff at Ruby Resources.
14. Offer support to Chief Clinical Officer in the areas of (a) Clinical Operations; (b) Clinical Risk Management and (c) Innovation through collaboration, partnership, strategic planning, and execution.
Work Environment
This position is a field position with travel to the centers we service as needed.

Required Experience and Education
1. A graduate form an accredited school of professional nursing
2. Current nursing license in State where employed.
3. Good written, verbal, and people skills
4. At least 5 years of either a multisite and or multistate consultant
5. Knowledge of both Federal and State Regulations
6. Knowledge on QASP and other relevant quality metrics in SNF/LTC arena
