Duties
- Assist in food preparation and cooking according to established recipes and standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper food storage
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Support banquet operations by preparing dishes for events as needed
- Buss tables and assist in serving food to guests when required
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and front-of-house personnel to meet customer needs
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred
- Kitchen experience, including food preparation and cooking skills, is highly desirable
- Familiarity with food handling practices and safety regulations
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality
- Excellent communication skills to work effectively within a team
- Experience in catering service or kitchens is a plus
- A passion for culinary arts and willingness to learn new techniques
- 18 years or older
