Newfound Area School District seeks an experienced Facilities Director.
Responsiblities to include:
-Directs the District's facilities department
-Oversee the functioning of building systems including mechanical, electrical, fire/life safety, and manage the maintenance of buildings and grounds
-Create and review Requests for Proposals (RFPs), bids, and contracts for the District's facility based capital improvements
-Oversee contractors for facility renovation projects entailing HVAC, electrical systems, and changes to the District's capital infrastructure
-Monitor fund balances of assigned programs and related financial activity for the purpose of ensuring that expenses are within budget limits and/or fiscal practices are followed
-Participate in meetings, workshops, and seminars for the purpose of conveying and/or gathering information required to perform functions
