Newfound Regional High School has an immediate opening for a full-time, year-round administrative assistant. Experience in a school office is preferred. Responsibilities include: -Maintain confidentiality in matters relating to students and staff-Assist the administration with coordination of school events to include open house, parent conferences, senior week activities and graduation-Accurately maintain student activity accounts and prepare and provide reconciliations and records to annual auditors-Assist in the preparation, implementation and management of the school/dept budgets-Serve as purchasing agent for all school purchases (issuance of purchase orders, receiving/distribution of orders, and accurate and timely processing of invoices. -Assist with summer programming
