What you’ll do & how you’ll make your mark.
- Spot the story before it’s assigned. Monitor content calendars, product roadmaps, survey insights, and customer trends to proactively surface timely media angles and earned coverage opportunities.
- Shape and execute strategic media campaigns. Drive a steady flow of high-impact, customized pitches supported by press releases, quotes, bylines, and reporter prep materials, all crafted by you to align with brand messaging and business goals.
- Amplify executive thought leadership. Identify and secure opportunities for leaders to contribute commentary, interviews, podcasts, bylines, and timely expert perspectives.
- Lead data-driven storytelling. Build survey-based campaigns from the headline down, identifying newsworthy insights and packaging them for amplification across PR, blog, social and video.
- Cultivate strong press relationships. Deepen visibility across tech, SMB, trade, and data-driven business press through consistent, tailored outreach via email, social and calls.
- Use AI tools to work smarter. Leverage AI to brainstorm, outline, personalize and accelerate story development, while contributing to our evolving approach to AI-enabled communications.
- Track what matters. Monitor earned media coverage, share of voice, sentiment, and survey impact to continually refine pitch strategy and messaging.

You’re a PR pro with a journalist’s instinct for storytelling and a marketer’s eye for relevance. You don’t wait to be assigned work; you listen, observe, and connect the dots. You bring sharp editorial judgment and recognize newsworthiness instinctively. When you hear something promising in a meeting, roadmap review, or insights discussion, you immediately see the angle.
You view earned media as a strategic lever, not an output, and know how to extract compelling narratives from raw inputs. You excel at turning insights into headlines, building lasting media relationships, asking smart questions, and translating complex topics into storylines across channels.
Whether your background is agency, in-house or a mix of both, you thrive in fast-moving, content-rich environments. You’re curious, adaptable, and energized by how AI and new tools can elevate storytelling.

The target compensation range for this position is $90,000 to $120,000 annually with an annual bonus potential. Individual salaries are determined by various factors including, but not limited to: candidate’s qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience, as well as internal equity and market conditions.
