Job Description:

Newflow Partners is hiring a private equity advisory associate to assist our deal sourcing team. In this group, we advise some of the largest and most prominent private equity firms and help them identify new investment opportunities.

As part of our research and investment teams, you will support our deal sourcing efforts by assisting with research (across a wide variety of industries) to identify potential acquisition targets for our clients.

The associate role is also in part a sales role. You will be responsible for reaching out to businesses and having conversations with their owners. You will work to determine if these businesses are a good fit for a potential investment and maintain a pipeline of our best leads.

Newflow's deal sourcing team is growing quickly and there is significant opportunity for upward mobility.

Day to day responsibilities include:

• Working to identify high quality investments by conducting desktop research
• Managing a pipeline of high-quality companies
• Sending outbound emails to owners of businesses
• Engaging in conversations with CEOs of large businesses
• Engaging with our private equity clients to review the pipeline

Successful candidates must:

• Have exceptional attention to detail
• Be a self-starter with an extremely strong work ethic
• Have strong communication skills
• Be able to work collaboratively in a team setting and get along well with others
• Be extremely organized

Requirements:

• 1 year(s) work experience in M&A or professional services (i.e., investment banking, law, consulting, private equity, corporate development).
• 3.75 GPA or above from an accredited four-year university.

Location:

• We have a hybrid remote work and in-office model. Candidates must relocate to the greater Miami area.
