Domain: Consumer Lending (Credit Cards, Personal Loans, Auto Loans)
PRIMARY DUTIES:
- Deliver technical support and domain expertise across consumer lending products.
- Work with Velocity (Loan Director) to manage and optimize lending workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for system integration and process alignment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in lending applications.
- Maintain documentation for system configurations and operational procedures.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in consumer lending (credit cards, personal loans, auto loans).
- Hands-on proficiency with Velocity (Loan Director). Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
TRAVEL: Occasionally to NYC
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
- Regular use of hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, and other office equipment.
- Regular, repetitive movements such as typing, mouse movements, and scrolling. Ability to hear and understand spoken communications, both in person and via remote communication tools (e.g., phone, video conferencing).
- Ability to see and read computer screens and printed documents, as well as adjust focus. This includes prolonged periods of looking at a computer screen.
