Role Description The Machine Operator is a full-time, on-site role based in Cedar City, UT. This role is responsible for safely operating CNC and other production machinery, setting up equipment according to specifications, and monitoring operations to ensure parts meet quality standards and tolerances. Day-to-day tasks include reading and interpreting blueprints or work orders, measuring and inspecting parts, performing basic machine adjustments, and using hand tools to complete or refine work. The Machine Operator will follow established safety procedures, maintain a clean and organized work area, and collaborate with supervisors and team members to meet production schedules and resolve minor equipment issues. The role also involves documenting production activities, reporting defects or irregularities, and supporting continuous improvement in efficiency and quality.
