What are the responsibilities and job description for the Electrician position at Newell Electric?
Residential Lead Electrician
Newell Electric is a growing electrical contractor focused primarily on residential work with some commercial projects. We are looking for a skilled and motivated electrician that not only has the ability to work on their own, but is comfortable communicating with our customers in a professional manner.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of electrical experience and must be currently working as an electrician
- Have all necessary hand tools and basic power tools (Specialty power tools would be provided)
- Residential experience required (commercial experience is a plus)
- Ability and knowledge to complete tasks unsupervised such as service upgrades, panel replacements, troubleshooting, new wiring in existing homes etc.
- Highly motivated with a strong work ethic
- Honest, dependable, and professional with our customers
- Ability to work independently immediately and represent the company well
