Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement annual branding, PR, and events roadmap to support company growth strategies.
- Lead and manage all brand marketing initiatives, including PR, Events, Social Media, Community, Content Marketing, Broadcast, OOH, and Print to enhance brand presence and customer acquisition at optimized costs.
- Manage relationships with external advertising and media agencies to craft and execute effective brand and product messaging for both internal and external audiences.
- Oversee Content Marketing strategy to maximize the visibility of Newegg content creators, increasing brand awareness, visitor engagement, and conversions.
- Maintain and enforce corporate branding guidelines in collaboration with internal Creative Services and agency partners.
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, merchandising, web operations, graphic design, and customer service teams to ensure an integrated promotional strategy and cohesive customer experience.
- Collaborate with internal business partners to develop strategic plans and meet high-priority deadlines, aligning marketing efforts with business objectives.
- Establish and drive brand-building initiatives to enhance Newegg’s reputation and market positioning.
- Monitor industry trends, media developments, and market challenges, leveraging insights to protect and grow the brand.
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and professional development opportunities to team members, ensuring high performance and collaboration.
- Manage multiple projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, maintaining focus under high-pressure situations.

Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 12 years of marketing experience, with a strong background in brand strategy, PR, and content marketing.
- At least 9 years of supervisory experience leading marketing teams.
- Proven expertise in developing brand strategies, including brand promise creation, product architecture, and visual identity management.
- Strong experience with PR, Events, Social Media, Community Engagement, and Broadcast Marketing.
- Demonstrated success in media relations, brand refresh execution, and strategies to increase brand recognition.
- Deep understanding of media industry trends and ability to navigate brand challenges effectively.
- Proficiency in social media marketing tools (e.g., Hootsuite Enterprise, Radian6, Adobe Analytics, Shoutlet).
- Knowledge of PR wire distribution platforms (BusinessWire, Meltwater) and media monitoring tools (Cision, etc.).
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
- Excellent written, analytical, and presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization and with external stakeholders.
- Experience in agency environments is a plus.
- Proven ability to handle high-stress situations and resolve personnel issues effectively.
