Mental Functions: Decisions may affect a work unit or area within a department. May contribute to business and operational decisions that affect the department. This position performs a variety of routine duties within established policies and procedures or by referral to supervisor's guidelines.
Physical Functions: Sitting required 90% of the time. Walking and standing required 5% of the time respectively. No heavy lifting required. Constant keyboarding and telephone usage.

Job Description
What You’ll Do
- Collaborate on AI-powered solutions to optimize customer experience, search, recommendation, or content personalization on Newegg’s platforms.
- Support gaming-related product launches, community campaigns, or PC-building content geared toward tech-savvy audiences.
- Assist with social media content development, influencer partnerships, and trend analysis across platforms like TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, and Discord.
- Work with teams in Tech, Marketing, Product Management, and Operations to identify improvements, gather insights, and execute innovative ideas.
- Participate in workshops and training on AI, digital marketing, and gaming trends.
- Present a final project showcasing your contributions and what you’ve learned.
Who You Are
- A current undergraduate or high school student (16 years old ) with strong interest in gaming, social media, AI, and digital commerce.
- Able to commit to a minimum of 20 hours per week on-site in our Diamond Bar, CA office for six consecutive weeks.
- Passionate about gaming communities, tech content, and how influencers shape brand storytelling.
- Familiar with—or eager to learn—AI tools or programming languages like Python, R, or data visualization platforms.
- A creative thinker with strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Prior experience in e-commerce, social content creation, or knowledge of gaming/PC hardware is a plus.
