We love seeing personal projects highlighting your unique point of view.REQUIREMENTSEnrolled in or recently completed an accredited Interaction Design program or equivalent experience.Competency in relevant digital tools including Adobe CC, Figma, and prototyping tools.Strong storytelling skills through Keynote, PowerPoint, sketching, and storyboarding.Comfortable with rapid sketching, low fidelity prototyping, and clear communication of ideas.Ability to think across product, service, and system layers with a strategic mindset.Great problem solving, collaboration, and communication skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with guidance and independently as needed.Resilient under pressure while maintaining a positive and respectful attitude.A portfolio that demonstrates thoughtful creative work, clarity of reasoning, and strong design judgment.WHY NDD XD?At NewDealDesign, Experience Design is tightly connected to Strategy Design.
