What are the responsibilities and job description for the Veterinarian-DVM/VMD-Greenville position at NewDay Veterinary Care?
We have openings in the following locations:
- Winter Garden/Lane Nona - We would prefer one doctor who can split their time between both of these practices. The new doctor would be the second of two at each location (i.e., there is currently one full-time vet at each location).
- Fleming Island, FL
- Greenville, SC

Key Responsibilities
- Practice in accordance with evidence-based medicine and the professional standards of care.
- Assist in creation and implementation of continued enhancement of veterinary best practice guidelines.
- Foster a culture of preventive healthcare through education, client partnerships, and NewDay Veterinary Care wellness plans.
- Educate the paraprofessional team and clients while being an advocate for pet health and strengthening the human-pet bond.
- Foster an inclusive and collaborative veterinary support team by communicating medical standards, ethical practices, and veterinary knowledge and experience.

Requirements
- Doctor of Veterinary (DVM/VMD) degree, or equivalent, from an accredited university
- Current DEA License or ability to obtain one
- Veterinary State License
- At least three years of previous experience as a DVM
- USDA Accreditation preferable
