This is a meaningful sales role where you have the opportunity to make a lasting difference in the lives of families while building a successful career. Top performers have the ability to earn $100,000 annually through a combination of base pay, commissions and performance incentives.
As a Advance Planning Specialist, you will meet with families to discuss advance funeral and cremation planning options, educate them on available services and funding solutions, and help them create plans that reflect their wishes and values. Success in this role comes from building trust, developing strong community relationships, generating leads, and providing exceptional service with empathy and professionalism.
The ideal candidate is a self-motivated communicator who enjoys connecting with people, working toward goals, and serving their community. Experience in sales, insurance, financial services, healthcare, senior living, funeral service, or a related field is helpful but not required.
