We’re looking for a licensed Funeral Director In Charge (FDIC) to manage the daily operations of one of our funeral homes in Lakewood, part of the vibrant and diverse Denver metro area.
As FDIC, you will be responsible for creating a positive work environment while ensuring the funeral home runs smoothly and efficiently. This includes staying current on company updates, upholding policies and procedures, and managing a wide range of administrative, operational, and community outreach responsibilities. You will support and develop your team through regular performance reviews, coaching conversations, and day-to-day guidance that fosters growth and accountability.
In addition to overseeing operations, you will lead by example in delivering compassionate, excellent service to the families who trust us during difficult times. You will guide them through the arrangement process with professionalism and respect, ensuring each service reflects our values of excellence, trust, care, and growth. You will also play a key role in community outreach, local marketing initiatives, and maintaining high standards for both service and facility operations.
