A Site Construction Manager (SCM) shall possess all skills and experience to plan and supervise a wide
range of Design-Build construction projects and personnel from start to finish. You will organize and
oversee construction procedures and ensure they are completed in a timely and efficient manner as well
as represent NewCold (the Owner) throughout the entirety of the project. An excellent Site Construction
Manager must be well-versed in all construction methodologies and procedures and able to coordinate a
team of professionals from different disciplines to achieve the desired results. The ideal candidate will
have an analytical mind and great organizational skills and will have more than seven (7) years’
experience in a similar Superintendent and Project Manager role. The goal will be to ensure all projects
are delivered on time according to requirements and without exceeding the budget.

- Act as the on-site representative of NewCold (the Owner) throughout planning, construction,

- Review and validate contractor payment applications.
- Evaluate change orders, claims, and requests for additional compensation.
- Recommend approval or rejection of change requests based on scope, schedule, and budget
- Maintain accurate records of project expenditures and cost trends.
- Implement and oversee project quality management programs.
- Conduct site inspections to verify workmanship and compliance with project specifications.
