Position Overview
NewCold
is rapidly growing and we are looking for a Recruiter to join the Human
Resources team in the Atlanta area. This role is responsible for recruiting
both hourly and salaried employees to support a 24/7, three-shift warehouse
operation across our Macon, GA and McDonough, GA locations. The Recruiter will
partner with various internal stakeholders to establish a recruiting process
for Macon and McDonough employees ensuring we have the right fit for each role.
Roles and Responsibilities
Partner
with the onsite Human Resources Business Partner, Hiring Manger, and
Senior Recruiter to source, recruit and attract top talent for open roles.
Manage the
full-cycle recruitment process (in-take with hiring managers, sourcing,
screening, interviewing candidates and onboarding new hires)
Ensure there
is traction in the hiring process and communicate with all relevant
internal stakeholders.
Determine
creative sourcing strategies to find talent in specialized markets.
Provide
recommendations and consultation regarding NewCold's recruitment strategy
and candidate experience.
Work on
projects in coordination with HR leadership, to support employer brand and
employee engagement strategies.
Manage
workflows to ensure Applicant Tracking System (ATS) data is up to date and
accurate.
Develop
and maintain reporting, KPIs, and metrics for leadership.
Work with
HR team for collaborative recruitment and retention strategies.
