Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Submission Specialist (Entry Level) based in Miami, FL. The Submission Specialist will be responsible for preparing, reviewing, and submitting client applications for credit approval and funding. Daily tasks include ensuring accuracy and completeness of submission documentation, maintaining communication with internal and external stakeholders, and coordinating with underwriters to facilitate funding approvals. The role involves timely handling of submissions and maintaining organized records of all transactions.
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet strict deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with financial software
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in finance, banking, or receivables-based financing is a plus
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred
