WHAT YOU'LL DO
This is a hands-on, multi-role position. You'll own shipping and receiving end to end, keep inventory accurate, and make sure materials move through the facility the right way.
On the shipping side, you'll prepare outgoing shipments, schedule parcel and LTL pickups, verify BOLs, and make sure everything goes out correctly and on time. You'll handle export documentation and compliance for air, ocean, and truck shipments — including working with export brokers and obtaining HTS codes — and ensure Hazmat compliance for lithium-ion batteries and other regulated materials.
On the receiving side, you'll receive and process incoming shipments, verify against POs, inspect for damage or discrepancies, and enter transactions into the ERP system accurately and promptly. You'll also process customer returns and coordinate with suppliers and customer service to resolve any discrepancies.
Beyond shipping and receiving, you'll pick, pack, and perform light assembly or kitting, handle material movement throughout the facility, support cycle counts, process Kanban pull cards, and help maintain a clean, organized warehouse that runs the way it should.
You'll also participate in weekly Lean huddle meetings, contribute improvement ideas, and support continuous improvement initiatives as part of our ongoing Lean program.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 2–3 years of shipping and receiving experience
- Experience with small parcel and LTL shipments
- ERP system experience required; Epicor is a plus
- Strong attention to detail — accuracy matters here
- Knowledge of carriers, logistics, and shipping methods
- Solid communication skills, both written and verbal
- Intermediate computer skills (Outlook, Excel, Word, ERP)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for up to 8 hours
- Hazmat Class 9 certification, or willingness to obtain it
- Reliable attendance and transportation
