We need Energy Services Crew Workers to perform essential weatherization work in clients' homes. As part of the energy services team, you will carry out critical weatherization measures, improving energy efficiency and ensuring that homes are safe and comfortable. This position will involve working on various residential properties within our ten-county service area, making a tangible difference in the lives of those we serve.
What You’ll Do
- Install weatherization measures (insulation, air sealing, etc.) in residential homes in accordance with the Wisconsin Weatherization Program.
- Perform various repairs and improvements to ensure homes meet energy efficiency and safety standards.
- Collaborate closely with Crew Leaders, Auditors, and the Field Coordinator to ensure all work is completed efficiently and effectively.
- Maintain a high standard of quality control and safety practices throughout all tasks.

Required
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to pass a respiratory exam and FIT test.
- Ability to work in confined spaces, at heights, and in all weather conditions, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- 2 or more years of experience in construction or related field.
Preferred
- Experience in carpentry and insulation installation.
- Prior work experience in a nonprofit or community service environment.
