What are the responsibilities and job description for the Custodian/Housekeeper (part-time) position at Newby Management?
Seeking a part-time Custodian/Housekeeper to work at a 241 site, 55 RV community.
Schedule is Monday through Friday - 4 hours per day; 20 hours per week.
Some duties include but are not limited to:
- Clean 4 bath houses
- Clean laundry room
- Clean clubhouse bathrooms and kitchen
- Clean lanai
- Wipe down doors and windows
- Advise manager when items need to be ordered
- Empty garbage
- Must be able to lift 30 pounds
Must be organized and attention to detail a must! Will have interaction with residents and will work closely with office personnel and maintenance.
