Newbury Veterinary Clinic is seeking a full- or part-time Associate Veterinarian to join our well-established, privately owned small animal practice. We pride ourselves on providing high-quality, compassionate care while maintaining a supportive, collaborative, and positive team culture.

Our experienced staff and loyal client base allow us to practice thoughtful, relationship-based medicine. The clinic is well-equipped with digital and dental radiography, ultrasound, and in-house laboratory capabilities (CBC, chemistry, electrolytes, endocrine testing), with access to reference labs.

We offer a flexible schedule, including four-day work weeks for full-time veterinarians, with an emphasis on maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

The ideal candidate is comfortable with general medicine and routine surgery, communicates effectively, and values teamwork and client relationships.

Competitive pay and benefit (primary benefits are for full-time, part-time can be negotiated)

• Compensation $100,000 to $150,000 (pro-rated for part-time), based on experience.
• No on-call, overnights, or after-hour emergencies, at this time

Qualifications: DVM (or equivalent) and eligibility for Vermont licensure.
