Newbury Living | Full-Time | Exempt
Ready to take your leadership to the next level? Newbury Living is looking for a driven, detail-oriented professional with 5 years property management experience preferred in the Denver or Colorado area.
Must be a self-motivated leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
In this high-impact role, you’ll:
- Oversee approximately 400 units across multiple Denver communities
- Develop and execute strategies to increase occupancy and leasing performance
- Improve resident retention, satisfaction and engagement
- Monitor leasing activity, traffic, pricing, renewals and delinquency
- Identify operational challenges and develop solutions
- Maintain strong curb appeal and property standards
We’re looking for someone who is:
- A strong leader with excellent communication and organizational skills
- A strategic thinker who can balance big-picture goals with day-to-day operational excellence.
- Is familiar with the Denver metro apartment market
- Experienced with RealPage and/or Appfolio software platforms
- Has a passion for leasing, resident retention and team development
- Passionate about making a difference in communities
- Experience with affordable housing, tax credit, or mixed-income is a plus.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
