Job Title: Marketing Coordinator
Position Summary The Marketing Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing initiatives, resident engagement events, and administrative operations for the Marketing team. This position serves as a liaison for new residents, assists with marketing communications, manages digital platforms, and supports ongoing projects that promote community engagement and occupancy goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing & Event Coordination
- Coordinate and support the planning and execution of marketing events for current and prospective residents
- Assist with resident engagement events, including new resident socials, open houses, and community programs
- Develop and facilitate new resident social events to support resident integration and satisfaction
- Coordinate event logistics including invitations, name tags, promotional materials, and vendor communication
Resident Relations
- Serve as the new resident liaison, assisting residents throughout the move-in and transition process
- Ensure a smooth and welcoming onboarding experience for all new residents
- Work collaboratively with internal departments and welcoming committees to support resident needs
Digital Marketing & Communications
- Manage and update social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and Meta Business Suite
- Coordinate monthly event calendars, invitations, and email campaigns through Constant Contact
- Assist with website updates and digital content management in collaboration with outside vendors and internal teams
- Monitor and support Google Business profiles, online reviews, and other digital marketing channels
- Manage marketing materials including brochures, pamphlets, templates, and promotional collateral
Reporting & Administrative Support
- Prepare weekly and monthly marketing reports
- Maintain accurate data entry and tracking within MatrixCare and other systems
- Process requisitions and support departmental purchasing needs
- Provide administrative support including filing, scanning, copying, mailings, and document organization
- Maintain vendor contact lists, contracts, logins, and key dates for advertising and digital campaigns
- Support advertising contracts and vendor relationships for print and digital marketing
- Coordinate with vendors, printers, digital advertisers, and external marketing partners as needed
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong presentation and organizational skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Experience with social media management and email marketing platforms preferred
- Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities effectively
- Experience with event planning and coordinating logistics
