Newburgh Toyota is looking for a friendly, organized, and reliable Part-Time Front Desk / Receptionist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with excellent phone skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Responsibilities:
- Operate a multi-line phone system to answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department or personnel
- Greet customers and provide a welcoming first impression
- Receive and process cash, check, and credit card payments accurately
- Perform general clerical and administrative duties
- Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude at all times
- Multitask efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Qualifications:
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong customer service skills with a pleasant demeanor
- Ability to stay organized and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Prior receptionist or customer service experience preferred, but not required
Schedule (Part-Time):
- Tuesday- Saturday
