What You’ll Do:
- Greet patients and make them feel welcome from the moment they arrive.
- Manage daily front office operations, including scheduling and patient communication.
- Verify insurance, process claims, and assist with billing and payments.
- Coordinate with our clinical team to ensure a smooth, efficient patient flow.
- Keep things organized and maintain a positive, can-do attitude throughout the day.
- Support the dentist and team in providing an exceptional patient experience.
What We’re Looking For:
- Prior dental or medical office experience is a plus — but not required.
- Proficiency with dental software (OpenDental) is helpful, but training is available.
- Strong communication and multitasking skills.
- A warm, professional demeanor and a genuine desire to help others.
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and team-focused.
