Responsibilities
- Perform oil changes, including draining oil, replacing oil filters, and refilling with the appropriate oil type.
- Inspect and top off vehicle fluids (e.g., coolant, windshield washer fluid, brake fluid).
- Check and replace air filters and wiper blades as needed.
- Conduct tire pressure checks and rotations when required.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to safety protocols.
- Provide friendly and professional customer service, explaining services to customers when necessary.
- Assist with basic car wash tasks (e.g., guiding vehicles onto the car wash conveyor) as needed.
- Document all work performed accurately on repair orders.
- Qualify for a inspectors license or have one already.
- Willingness or ability to perform more complex repairs.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in oil changes or automotive maintenance preferred but not required (training provided).
- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance procedures (e.g., oil changes, tire rotations).
