Occupational Therapist (Registered) Monday to Friday, 8am-4pm (No Nights, Weekends, or Holidays)Overview: Were seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) to join a supportive interdisciplinary care team. This role focuses on helping older adults maintain independence, safety, and quality of life through personalized therapy and rehabilitation services all within a stable weekday schedule.Responsibilities:Evaluate clients and develop individualized treatment plans.Provide therapy in both center and home settings.Conduct home safety assessments and recommend adaptive equipment.Collaborate with clinical staff to coordinate care.Supervise COTAs and Rehab Aides as needed.Maintain accurate, timely documentation.Qualifications:Licensed Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) in Massachusetts.Graduate of an accredited OT program.CPR certification (or ability to obtain).Experience with the geriatric population preferred.Strong communication and teamwork skills.Local travel required.Schedule:Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:00pmNo nights, weekends, or holidays
Salary : $80,000 - $105,000
