Role Description
This is a temporary on-site role for a Market Manager located in Los Angeles, CA. The Market Manager will oversee the execution of marketing campaigns, manage relationships with clients and vendors, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope. Responsibilities include coordinating event logistics, supervising a field team, evaluating campaign performance, and providing detailed reporting and feedback to stakeholders.
Responsibilities include:
- Lead installation of branded restroom assets (mirror decals, floor decals, premiums) prior to Super Bowl Sunday
- Coordinate with venue staff and check in at each location ahead of activation
- Organize and distribute premiums for all locations
- Support Brand Ambassadors on Super Bowl Sunday by traveling between locations
- Capture photos and gather reporting details during live activation
- Oversee uninstall at all locations on Friday 2/13
- Serve as the on-site liaison between staff, venues, and Newbridge
- Market Managers:Friday 2/6 – Friday 2/13 (full week)
Qualifications
- Experience in event planning, project management, and managing logistics
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and team leadership skills
- Knowledge of marketing strategies, experiential marketing, and campaign execution
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using data to evaluate campaign performance and create reports
- Prior experience in experiential marketing is a plus
