Accounting Support Specialist & Software Geek

NewBOS is looking for a smart, curious, and dependable person to join our Accounting Software Support Team.

You will work directly with Clients, solve real software and accounting problems, test new features, train users, work with our programmers and staff, and occasionally travel throughout the United States and Canada.

What You Will Do:

• Help Clients solve software, accounting, inventory, and operational questions.
• Communicate by email, phone, and video meetings.
• Work directly with NewBOS programmers.
• Test software updates and new features.
• Train Clients and help improve their processes.
• Use Excel, AI, and other tools to automate repetitive work.
• Travel as needed for implementations, training, and special projects.

Your experience with AI tools, accounting, implementation, and training is a definite plus.

The Basics About This Job:

• Full-time, hourly position
• Home-based in Montana
• Potentially up to 45 travel days per year
