Schedule Hours:
Monday-Friday (7:00am-3:00pm)
Job Description:
- Lead and supervise janitorial/process cleaning staff during assigned shifts.
- Assign daily tasks and monitor work quality and completion.
- Perform cleaning and sanitation of floors, walls, equipment, restrooms, breakrooms, and production areas.
- Ensure proper use of cleaning chemicals, tools and equipment.
- Inspect work areas to ensure cleanliness procedures, equipment use, and safety practices.
- Support emergency cleanups, spills, and special projects as needed.
- Promote teamwork, attendance and productivity among staff.
- Other assigned duties to support operations.
Requirements:
- Previous janitorial, industrial cleaning, or sanitation experience required.
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work with other crew members
- Good time management and attention to detail
- Must be able to listen to customer requests and follow supervisor instructions
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
- Ability to follow instructions and work with minimal supervision
