General Job Description:
We are seeking an Admin for our bank client supporting their banking operations on a 3-month contract. This role blends administrative precision with relationship management, ensuring all documentation is updated promptly while collaborating with lenders, underwriters, vendors, and internal partners. You’ll help manage daily workflows, communicate proactively to resolve issues, and operate within established risk and compliance guidelines. Over time, you’ll also build the expertise needed to identify, review, and resolve more complex department matters—growing your skill set and impact within the team.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage, prioritize, and organize title-related tasks to meet workload demands
Maintain and update customer files with accuracy with attention to detail
Communicate with internal staff to resolve issues
Document research in organized records
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent (college a plus)
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
