Job Title: Senior Business Analyst – Secondary Marketing

Job Location: Cleveland, OH (Hybrid: 3 days onsite / 2 days remote - All remote work must be performed within the United States.)

Job Type: Direct Hire

Compensation: $80-110,000 (annually) with an employee benefits package and possible bonus opportunity.

General Job Description: Our client is seeking a highly analytical Senior Business Analyst with strong Secondary Marketing and Capital Markets expertise. This individual will serve as the system owner for the bank’s secondary trading platform (Power Seller) and support data integrity, reporting, and technology optimization across the Secondary Marketing group. The team values culture, collaboration, and a proactive mindset, offering high visibility within a privately held, people-first organization.

Job Requirements

• 3 years as a Business Analyst or Product Owner supporting Secondary Marketing or Capital Markets.
• Strong data analysis and SQL skills, including reporting, trend evaluation, and research.
• High technical acumen with experience owning or supporting complex financial systems (Power Seller preferred).
• Proven ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and system enhancements.
• Exceptional communication, organization, and self-starter mindset with a willingness to “roll up your sleeves.”
• Prior experience in Finance, Capital Markets, or Secondary Marketing required; bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
