We are seeking a Nursing Assistant (CNA/NT or Nurse Tech) to work on an as-needed basis. Under the supervision of a licensed nurse, the Nursing Assistant provides safe, compassionate, and individualized patient care using age-appropriate skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care under the direction of a licensed nurse
- Assist patients with daily living activities and mobility
- Observe and report patient conditions and changes
- Support patient comfort, safety, and dignity
- Collaborate effectively with the healthcare team
Qualifications
- Clinical experience in an acute care setting preferred
- Preferred:
- Graduate of a nursing assistant program, or
- Nursing student who has completed a Fundamentals of Nursing course, or
- Equivalent on-the-job training
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
