Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support team members during evening shifts
- Ensure the store is fully stocked, faced, and ready for the next day
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and service issues professionally
- Manage closing procedures including registers, safe counts, and deposit verification
- Oversee completion of nightly cleaning and task checklists
- Delegate responsibilities and follow up to ensure timely completion
- Maintain a positive and productive work environment
- Enforce store policies and ensure safety and security procedures are followed
Qualifications
- Prior retail, grocery, or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs as needed
