Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role ( M-F ) for a Project Manager located in the New York & New Jersey Metropolitan Area. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing aspects of assigned projects, including coordinating with install crews, delivery trucks, creating project plans, monitoring timelines, conducting inspections, and ensuring quality control. The Project Manager will collaborate with our team and external vendors to ensure successful project execution and delivery.
Qualifications
- Experience in Construction
- Ability to accurately measure field conditions with a tape measure and laser
- Proficient in basic math skills including fractions to a 1/16” of an inch
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with team members
- Assist team in expediting, packaging and inspecting material deliveries for accuracy that are ready to ship to customers
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word software and tools
