Schedule & Flexibility
- Work-Life Balance: Primarily Monday–Friday hours.
- Flexibility: Weekends, off-shifts, and on-call responsibilities as needed. We will work with your schedule to find the right fit.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional nursing care and establish comprehensive resident treatment and care plans.
- Monitor resident symptoms, track behavioral changes, and collaborate directly with physicians and specialists.
- Educate residents and families on health maintenance while providing vital emotional support.
- Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with NYS DOH regulations.
Qualifications
- Active RN or LPN License in New York State (Required).
- Previous nursing experience preferred.
- Familiarity with NYS DOH regulations and guidelines.
- Strong problem-solving, critical-thinking, and organizational skills.
- Dependable, reliable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced clinical setting.
