RN/LPN Night Supervisor

Newark Manor is looking for a (RNs/LPNs) to join our team to join our Night shift as our Nursing Supervisors.

We understand healthcare professional's needs for assignments best suited to their lives. Our staffing Coordinator works closely with our healthcare team members to ensure their needs are met.

Responsibilities:

• Nursing Supervisor for the shift
• Liaison between the building and the Director of Nursing
• Other Administrative duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing
• Administer nursing care to ill, injured, or disabled patients.
• Diagnose and establish patient treatment plans.
• Monitor and report changes in patient symptoms or behavior.
• Communicate with collaborating physicians or specialists regarding patient care
• Educate patients about health maintenance and disease prevention
• Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and medical facilities
• Maintain accurate patient medical records
• Provide advice and emotional support to patients and their family members

Candidates Must Meet the Following Qualifications:

• Must be currently licensed and in good standing as an RN or LPN in NYS
• Excellent communication and customer service skills'

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $27.00 - $40.00 per hour
