Job Overview:
In collaboration with the perioperative registered nurse, the surgical technician will function as a member of the team to organize and administer individualized age-specific care to patients.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Must be a certified Surgical Technologist or have an active LPN license.
Certifications and Licenses Required (if applicable):
- Current BLS required (American Heart Association)
- Successful completion of all Orientation and Departmental Programs with documentation

Essential Functions:
- Maintain an environment that facilitates safe patient outcomes.
- Ensure patient’s physiologic responses to surgery are as expected in the surgical suite and across the perioperative.
- In collaboration with the perioperative registered nurse, the surgical technician will function as a member of the team to organize and administer individualized age-specific care to patients.
