We’re looking for a Director of Data & Information Technology to lead our IT Operations and Data teams, drive our data strategy, and ensure reliability, security, and scalability across all systems. This role blends hands-on technical expertise with strong leadership, partnering across the organization to ensure our tools and technology meet business and customer needs.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the company’s data strategy, governance, and business intelligence initiatives.
- Oversee IT infrastructure, network security, device management, and vendor relationships.
- Ensure system uptime, SaaS performance, and secure access to critical data.
- Own cybersecurity, compliance (SOC 2, HIPAA, etc.), risk assessments, and incident response.
- Lead and develop a team including IT Operations, Data, Database, and Site Reliability roles.
- Partner across departments to evaluate needs and implement scalable technology solutions.
What You Bring
- 7 years in IT and/or data analytics 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong background in cloud environments (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud) and SaaS ecosystems.
- Expertise in IT infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity, and data management.
- Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau), SQL, and enterprise systems.
- Knowledge of compliance frameworks (SOC 2, FERPA, HIPAA).
- Excellent communication, project management, and team-building skills.
