What are the responsibilities and job description for the Van/Bus Driver position at NewAldaya Lifescapes?
NewAldaya Lifescape a progressive not-for-profit, premiere retirement destination is seeking a driver to assist residents to and from medical and non-medical appointments in the Cedar Valley, as well as Mayo Clinic, Iowa City, etc. This is a full time position but would consider part time/job share.
- Must have class D-3 Chauffer’s license or be eligible to test
- Clean driving record
- Pre employment drug test/on-going random drug testing
- Quick paced job
- Serves as back up to Transportation Coordinator
- Serves as companion to residents during medical appointments, as needed
This individual must be able to multi-task, have proven organizational skills, and be a self-starter with strong people skills. Healthcare experience or Nurse Aide and computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook) a plus.
