Responsibilities
- Perform aesthetic injectable procedures such as botulinum toxin treatments and dermal fillers with precision and care, ensuring optimal results and client safety
- Conduct comprehensive consultations to understand client goals, assess suitability for treatments, and develop customized treatment plans
- Maintain strict sanitation and safety protocols in accordance with industry standards to ensure a clean and sterile environment
- Educate clients on post-treatment care, expected outcomes, and product options to foster trust and satisfaction
- Manage client appointments efficiently using med spa software
- Promote retail sales of skincare products, dermal fillers, and other aesthetic treatments through effective upselling techniques
- Stay current with industry trends, new techniques, and certifications related to esthetic laser treatments, hair extensions, nail care, and other cosmetic procedures
Skills
- Proven experience in medical aesthetics or med spa settings with knowledge of botulinum toxin injections and dermal fillers is required
- Strong management skills to coordinate appointments, client records, and treatment schedules effectively
- Excellent communication skills to educate clients clearly about procedures, expectations, and aftercare instructions
- Knowledge of sanitation standards and infection control practices within aesthetic environments
- Exceptional customer service skills to create welcoming guest experiences that encourage repeat visits and referrals
