·Follows Club recipes and guidelines for amount of alcohol used, correct glassware and
appropriate garnish
·Upholds Rhode Island state laws regarding minors and inebriated guests
·Keeps the bar and storage areas clean and neat, regularly checks inventory for
contaminants
·Remembers member’s regular drinks and preferences
·Charges appropriately for special events and special requests
·Assists in set up and break down of private functions
·Respects members, fellow employees and Club property and assets, maintains
positive attitude
· Treats all employees with dignity, courtesy and
respect
· Maintains safe work environment
· Assists in the administration of Club Safety
program
· Assists in other departments as necessary
